• Biometric consent must be given by logging in Arbor and completing the consent section.

All student accounts will need crediting prior to their first purchase from the canteen. This can be done through the Arbor App, online or in school via the Revaluation unit

2. A Revaluation unit situated in the student entrance. This can be used to top up the accounts by the pupil placing their registered finger or thumb on the Biometric Reader followed by inserting the accepted tender: £20, £10 £5 notes or £2, £1, 50p 20p 10p or 5p coins. Please note the copper coins are not accepted. Account balance can also viewed at the Revaluation unit

If an account has a zero or negative balance students will be allowed to purchase lunch for one day only by obtaining a lunch pass from the school reception. Credit must then be added to the account to clear the overdrawn balance and to allow any further purchases.
